Floor35 exists because the problem is real. Not theoretical. Real. Missed calls, dead customer lists, a Google profile that doesn’t match the quality of the work. Mitchell built the systems to fix it. Now he builds them for other businesses.
I’ve always been drawn to how businesses actually run. Not the pitch, the day-to-day. Where time goes. What breaks first when you’re flat out. What separates an operator who’s constantly firefighting from one who actually has breathing room.
I ran a service business. When a call went to voicemail, I lost a job. When I forgot to follow up, I lost a customer. When I asked for a Google review face-to-face, I got one back maybe once in ten. The whole process was manual, and it leaked revenue at every step. Not because I was bad at the work. The work was fine. The system around it was broken.
So I connected them myself. CRM, automations, AI tools. All tuned to how the business actually runs, not how a software company thinks it should. The difference was immediate: more reviews, better conversion, fewer hours chasing things that should chase themselves.
Floor35 is what I built after that. I now set these systems up for other service business owners: trades, health, hospitality, anyone running on manual processes that have no business being manual. You explain it once. We build it. It runs.
Every system we build is designed around how a business owner actually works, not how a SaaS product thinks they should. If it creates more admin, we don’t ship it.
We don’t talk about “brand awareness” or “engagement”. We talk about review count, rebook rate, missed calls recovered, revenue from dead leads reactivated. Numbers you can see.
You shouldn’t need a tech background to run modern marketing. We handle setup, configuration, and ongoing management. You get the output without the overhead.
